Clarion Group Joins Food Consultants Group

Clarion Group, consultants to companies, colleges and institutions in food service operations, has joined Food Consultants Group, an alliance of independent consulting firms that specialize in food- and food service-related disciplines, Tom Mac Dermott, Clarion Group’s president announced.

“The advantage for our clients is our ability to offer expert advice and services in a wide range of specialized areas related to food service operations from vetted, fully experienced consultants,” Mac Dermott said.  “These consultants would be members of our project team.”

“Food Consultant Group’s more than 30 member firms’ services include market research, food science, marketing, graphic design, public relations and purchasing programs which can be accessed by Clarion Group when needed for a client’s specific project,” he said.

Clarion Group services include operational and financial analysis and improvement programs for employee and student food services; requests for proposals, competitive selection of food service contractors and contract negotiation; concept development and design services; new operations planning and implementation, and strategic planning.
